BLURB:
-Dylas has white/platinum blonde hair or dies his hair blue because holy crap his hair is ridiculous
-Dylas' parents passed away a few years after he was born; instead of this leading to great tragedy, it led to him being raised by his much older half-sister.
-He and his sister are very close. She taught him most of the things he enjoyed doing because he didn't really fit in well with other kids. He loved her a lot! His childhood was a little lonely but it was very happy, very centered on his sister.
-It became clear as he grew that Dylas was going to be tall, and he was sometimes made fun of for his lanky figure. When people made fun of his last name, he would sometimes be disciplined for becoming violent.
-He was eventually sent to a private school so he could get the attention he needed, though people still made fun of him there. He handled it.
-Despite his loner tendencies and outbursts, he eventually managed to settle and make a few friends. He excelled in writing and science, but he struggled with history and literature or any other subjects that weren't hands-on.
-He developed a talent for sports, though he chose mostly to engage in boxing, fishing, and cross-country, sports where he was never a part of a team.
-He graduated from high school and traveled for a while for the first time in his life before returning to go right into the workforce. he had plans to study part-time while working part-time, but it never came to fruition.
-His sister started to get sick with a serious disease when he was twenty-one, and he started working to support her. He worked part-time as a server in two different diners.
-The next year, he was involved in a bus crash while out of town to work. His face was scarred and he spent several months in the hospital; he also developed retrograde amnesia from the head trauma and anesthesia.
-He recovered from the incident fully aside from his memories. Dylas' sister lied and hid her illness from him so he could pursue his own interests and not worry about her.
-Focusing on his recovery took too much effort. Frustration with the amnesia and people recognizing him on the street and offering him pity led him to moving to Recollé so he could start over.
-His memory is starting to recover, but he still has a long ways to go
-He currently works as a server in a café or bakery of some kind. He’s known for not smiling and has been fired from a similar job once or twice already.
-He likely runs a blog of cute things (to him): fish, fish products, bread, pastries. He never posts his face to it, but it has some popularity.
-He works out often and has been known to need anger management counseling.
-He still hates his last name.

-He hates his last name. It was his father’s. Jokes about it set him off, and he was teased about it growing up.
-He was raised by his older half-sister after his parents passed away, but he didn’t want for affection or company. She taught him a lot of the skills he has now, including cooking and fishing.
-He grew up in a small country town where everyone knew each other, but because he didn’t fit in well with other kids he was sort of a loner until he started going to private school. He did well with hands-on classes like writing and science, but he struggled with ‘boring’ classes like history and literature.
-After high school, he traveled for a short while only to return home when his half-sister fell ill. She wished he’d go back to school or a trade school, but he worked minimum wage jobs to pay for her medical bills.
-After that, he was in a bus accident where his face was scarred. The settlement from the city helped pay for his hospital costs, but he also has retrograde amnesia and his face was scarred. His sister hid her illness at that point.
-Frustrated with how everyone recognized him after the accident and offered him pity and encouraged by his sister, he moved to another city against doctor’s orders to carve out a new identity for himself.
-He works as either a barista in some café or something or as a bouncer. Or both. He doesn’t have a lot of money, but he’s known for being sour and unfriendly with customers but a hard worker. He’ll get your order right, but you won’t want to tip him.

-Was born outside of Recolle, but his parents passed away not long after he was born, leaving him to be raised by his much older sister who he started to idolize.
-He wanted to be like her so much! He grew his hair out long, he learned everything he could from her. He had trouble making friends, but he always had his big sister to come home to.
-He's from a small town where everyone knew his name which was kind of nice and also kind of annoying. He sometimes caused trouble for his sister by getting in trouble at school for being a little violent
-He managed to make some friends in high school and engaged in a number of sports activities (swimming and fishing most likely), and even made plans to go to college until his sister was diagnosed with a serious illness and he put all of his plans off so he could work to support her
-While commuting to work one day, he was injured in a bus crash. He spent some time in a coma, but when he came out of it he had retrograde amnesia
-He moved to Recolle to find a job to send money back to his sister while also living somewhere where people don't always look at him and his sister with pity. He feels guilt for abandoning her, but she's the one who urged him to leave
